The PEAK Center offers regularly scheduled activities and special programming to help you tap into your creative side and explore cultural topics of interest. Join us for one of our regularly scheduled classed listed below or check out our monthly specials on our Program Calendar page. Some classes have a fee which can be paid per class or you can purchase at a discount of 10 classes for the price of 9.

Stitch and Chat  • Mondays  • 11:00 am 

Have a knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, or other crafty project that you’re working on? Join us for this informal gathering where you can bring your project and make some progress in the company of good friends.

Book Club • Last Monday of the month • 12:00 pm

Everything you need, from the idea, to the inspiration photos, to the supplies and the great company, is provided in this monthly meeting of crafty friends. Sign up in advance at the front desk to reserve your spot.

Still Life Drawing Class • 2nd Tuesday of the month • 12:30 pm • Diane Catherwood • $4

This gradual skill building drawing class uses various materials to experiment with color and texture. We will use pencil, pastels, and charcoal as we learn and explore together. Please sign up in advance to ensure adequate supplies are available.
